After weeks of Archery training, you can see that Jennifer takes the arrow out the bag on her back, then brings the arrow to the front. However when she does, she momentarily lets go and brings her hand around the other side of the ‘string’, catches the arrow in position and lets go. I don’t know the Archery terminology, but how amazing. Probably took 349239 takes.
